Job Description

**Job Summary**

The 500 Club LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the dining services and food production operations at our upscale sports and entertainment complex. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily operations of the dining room, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the dining room budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest feedback and concerns.
  • Supervise and train dining room staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and events, to promote the dining services and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, guests, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Food safety certification and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
