Welcome to BluePearl We are looking for a friendly Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at the front desk in Kirkland, WA.
*Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred but not required.
This position is part-time, and you must be available to work evening and weekend shifts.
Compensation Details: Starting pay at $31.80/hour with opportunities for advancement through our CareerTrax leveling system.
We provide shift differential pay for eligible night and weekend hours worked. Shift differentials are offered based on a 4-hour minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming clients and delivering outstanding customer service
- Handling intake paperwork and scheduling appointments
- Managing phone calls and organizing medical records
- Facilitating financial transactions
- Requesting and managing medical records from referring practices
As a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist at BluePearl, you will receive training to excel at anticipating and addressing client needs, particularly in stressful situations. Ideal candidates will have experience in the veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services fields.
