  • Oversee credit and non-credit relationships with clients in your portfolio.
  • Expand product, market, and sales depth to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain profitability levels and superior customer service.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and underwrite credit requests.
  • Participate in community affairs to promote the bank's image.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide employees with feedback, development opportunities, and recognition for their achievements.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-12 years of experience in Lending Sales Management.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79 & 63 required.
  • Series 24 preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Sales and negotiating experience.
  • Credit training and underwriting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
