Description

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

At least two Saturdays a month 9:00am-1:00pm

Essential Functions

  • Selling Corvette parts primarily through in-coming phone calls.

Customer Service:
answering questions and finding solutions to problems while utilizing our software, website and 200+ years of experienced staff.

  • Face to face conversations with guests in our show room.
  • Following up with previous customers.
  • Generating quotes for international orders.
  • Online chatting through our website.

Key skills and competencies of the position include, but are not limited to :

  • Demonstrates a high level of customer service empathy, professionalism, and respect.
  • Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that
customers' concerns are understood, and resolution is clearly explained.

  • Process customer orders/changes/ returns according to established department policies.

Requirements

The successful candidate's qualifications will include :

  • Willing to learn and accept feedback.
  • Detail and goal oriented.

  • Clearly communicates with others.
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
  • Basic car knowledge (preferred).

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment.
  • Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard.
  • Seeing to read and review material for accuracy.
  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Salary Description

$16.00 per hour plus 2% sales commission
