Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Customer Advisor to join our team in North Rhine-Westphalia. As a Mobile Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our colleagues and external partners in ticket sales and service issues at various locations in the VRR.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in our own sales outlets in Düsseldorf Airport, Oberhausen, and Recklinghausen.
- Offer expert advice on tariff and service questions, and sell tickets to customers in person.
- Process customer inquiries comprehensively, including content control until completion.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date tariff and timetable information to customers.
Requirements
