JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Engagifii, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue leadership team to drive success across sales, customer success, and marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation
Collaborate with revenue leadership to execute programs and initiatives to drive qualified leads and opportunities.
Create compelling content and collateral to support lead generation campaigns, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
Support marketing efforts by creating content for email campaigns, blog posts, and social media channels.
Design visually appealing presentations and graphics to showcase our solutions and value proposition.
Manage end-to-end lead data projects, from assigning tasks to contractors to importing clean data into our CRM system (HubSpot) and optimizing the lead pipeline for the sales team.
Organize and manage sales collateral and documentation, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for all customer-facing teams.
Assist in the creation or modification of sales decks and presentations to support sales meetings and pitches.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop customized materials and resources for client engagements, including onboarding guides and training materials.
Email Campaigns and Communication
Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Craft compelling email content and messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize email effectiveness.
CRM Management and Optimization
Enhance and maintain CRM system integrity, perform regular updates, and generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
Assist leadership in training team members on CRM best practices and usage guidelines.
Industry Research and Training Resources
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and continuously improve the performance of our sales and customer success teams.
Project Management and Coordination
Coordinate projects and initiatives related to revenue operations, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment (required)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Advanced spreadsheet skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messages.
Creative flair combined with analytical rigor, with a knack for crafting engaging content and deriving insights from data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable results and supporting revenue growth
Experience writing emails and building marketing campaigns, using graphic design software to create marketing collateral, or social media marketing are a plus
