Residential Roof Sales Manager

Over here at GPAC we are actively working with a reputable roofing contractor looking to add a sales member to their team.

They recently experienced their lead sales manager retiring and need a new roof sales manager to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to.

Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers.

Residential Roof Sales Manager Duties

  • Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
*Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman

*Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.

*Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.

*Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.

*Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

Residential Roof Sale Manager Experience Required

  • 2+ years of roofing sales Management experience
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
*Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions

  • Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

Benefits/Compensation for a Residential Roofing Sales Manager

  • Full health benefits, 401K
  • Base salary between $60k-$80k + aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $120k+
