As a Care Team Performance Consultant you will be responsible for revising, managing and coordinating quality oversight and performance review process for members of the Care Team.

Care Team Performance Consultant will collaborate with the clinical operations, Learning & Performance and quality teams to ensure the effective implementation of quality evaluation programs for the Care Team that support business priorities and objectives.

Responsibilities
Overhaul and establish the coach audit and quality oversight program for Verily Diabetes programs for both: Onduo and Lightpath coaching platforms;

Manage and coordinate auditing oversight and performance review process for members of the Care Team;

Develop and maintain quality evaluation guidelines, forms and processes for Onduo Care Team and/or service delivery team ((in accordance with regulatory requirements, coaching and clinical protocols)

Set and maintain quality oversight schedules

Facilitate quality reviews calibrations;

Coordinate monthly and quarterly performance reviews, in collaboration with the Team Leads and Care Team Managers;

Conduct quality assurance and oversight activities including but not limited to monitoring communications and productivity of staff;

Support L&P team in the implementation of learning and mentoring programs based on performance reviews;

Identify opportunities for more streamlined interventions, quality improvements or additional training;

Work in close collaboration with coaches, physicians and other healthcare professionals in understanding of significant social and environmental factors underlying patient's diabetes and other aspects of their health;


Based on the quality reviews and/ or at the Service Delivery management request - create and deliver individual learning plans for members of the Care Team.

Consult product and UX teams on implementing auditing tools into coaching platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with the use of behavioral techniques such as goal-setting, problem-solving and/or motivational interviewing.

Demonstrated experience facilitating quality reviews and providing feedback.

Demonstrated ability to lead with influence and build strong relationships with peers and leadership.

Computer literacy; moderate level of sophistication using Google Workspace (G Suite).

Passion for helping others with empathy, listening and perception skills.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Ability to monitor compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.

Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES), or other mid-level clinical credential (e.g. RN).

Experience in direct education and/or coaching with individuals for disease prevention, health promotion and behavior change.

Direct experience developing and delivering clinical training programs.

Experience leading and/or participation in accreditation processes and programs.

Experience using EMR systems (e.g Athena).

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Education:
BS/BA degree in a life science, health science, RN, or related field.

3+ years of professional working experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator/Clinical Research Associate Working knowledge of GCP and FDA Regulations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint or Google Suite. Experience utilizing Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for clinical studies.

Desired:
Experience with digital medical device research studies. Experience maintaining an Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

Pay Details:
$58.00 to $64.00 per hour
