Position Summary
Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit is integral to addressing our clients' technical program management requirements. Due to significant growth, we are expanding our team to support leading technology firms. We are in search of skilled Technical Project Managers (TPMs) at the consultant level and above, who have a proven track record in client-facing roles across various disciplines, including:

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Delivering client projects as part of an on-site or remote team.
  • Managing project timelines and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal and client project teams, ensuring effective communication and readiness.
  • Providing regular updates on project status, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall health.
  • Maintaining project documentation and repositories.
  • Contributing to the creation of high-quality deliverables.
  • Conducting research and business analysis to support project objectives.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client proposals.
  • Supporting internal practice development and thought leadership initiatives.

Consulting and Business Expertise Skills
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Deliver complex projects while managing timelines and team activities.
  • Utilize advanced methodological concepts to guide team members in producing client deliverables.
  • Present critical insights and decisions to both team members and client stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to address client challenges.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience.
  • Experience in implementing AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with program managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in building stakeholder relationships and managing expectations.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary range of $133-139K, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
