Overview:
AssuredPartners in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Regional Executive Assistant to join our team This individual will support our Regional President and Regional Sales Leader as we grow our business
As the Regional Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to Executives by managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing presentations and expense reports.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be an outstanding communicator.
Although this role requires some travel within the Southeast, this position will be based full time in Tampa, Florida, with an expectation of an in office schedule.
Communication, both verbal and written, is a strength of yours

What You'll Do:
Provide administrative and clerical support for executives including management of executives' calendars, coordinate meetings/conference calls, make detailed travel arrangements, process executives' expense reports.
Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software. May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed.
Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities. This includes meetings, networking events, annual regional meetings and onsite day of coordination.
Partners with corporate event planning teams and manages regional event planning efforts, as directed.
Type correspondence and e-mails from dictation or hand-written notes, as requested. Proofreads for correct grammar, spelling, etc.
Travel up to 10%
Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
A minimum of 3 years of direct executive support experience.
Advanced proficiency required in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Diligence and attention to detail
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to deal with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
