THE ROLE

Discover an exciting opportunity as the Vice President of Brand Marketing at SH Hotels & Resorts. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the global brand marketing strategy, cultivate brand partnerships, and drive brand awareness through innovative initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead global marketing efforts and execute strategies across diverse markets.
  • Develop and implement creative brand initiatives across digital, social media, and experiential platforms.
  • Manage a high-performing team and establish strong operational processes.
  • Craft messaging strategies to connect with consumers emotionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Drive brand visibility through content marketing, media relations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously enhance marketing strategies and guide hotel marketing teams.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competition to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Implement experiential programs and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Ensure brand visual identity consistency across all channels.
  • Inspire team members and foster a culture of achievement and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS

  • International experience, with a minimum of 15 years in brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management and strategic brand development.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • A collaborative and people-oriented approach to work.
