We are seeking a 100% remote Vice President of Product Management to spearhead our product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, shaping product vision, strategy, and execution to secure market leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of product management experience with a successful track record.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in product development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in B2B, technology, software, or SaaS industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface between business P&L owners and the product development team.

  • Develop and implement processes for managing customer feedback and prioritizing needs.
  • Establish project planning methodologies for efficient product commercialization.
  • Prepare C-suite and board-level presentation materials on product strategy.
  • Create external communications detailing product strategy and value.
  • Collaborate with P&L owners to develop business cases for product initiatives.
  • Oversee product commercialization, planning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, supporting their needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify current and future needs.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize product performance.
  • Lead and delegate activities related to product management and commercialization.
