  • Process Optimization
    • Continuously refine supply chain and procurement processes to boost efficiency, reduce lead times, and cut costs.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to procurement and supply chain management.
    • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, economic, and environmental factors, to ensure business continuity and resilience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related roles, with focus on data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies through data-driven strategies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement principles, and inventory management techniques.
  • Experience in the automotive or transportation industry is advantageous.
