Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Director to lead our strategic sourcing efforts and drive supply chain optimization for OSI Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop procurement strategies that meet those needs.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform procurement decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • BA/BS or equivalent in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or engineering.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is generally performed in a business professional office environment.
  • May require domestic travel up to 10% of the time.
  • May require physical agility to lift up to 15 pounds and stand/walk for less than 4 hours.
