Responsibilities:

Utilize over 3 years of expertise in Computer Networking, ISE, Firepower, and Stealthwatch to manage use cases, deployment, integration, and best practices.

Implement and maintain site-to-site and remote access VPN technologies to ensure secure communication channels.

Develop and execute change and upgrade Methods of Procedures (MOPs) for security products in production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Computer Networking, ISE, Firepower, and Stealthwatch.

Proficiency in site-to-site and remote access VPN technologies.

Proven ability to create and execute change and upgrade MOPs for security products.

CCNA certification is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
