  • Application Security Engineer role involves developing and documenting policies to uphold software application security
  • Conducting security assessments, analyzing code, and suggesting effective security measures
  • Leading a team of analysts to enhance application security practices
  • Collaborating with CRM's, Customers, and Integrators to address security vulnerabilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Must have or acquire a Secret Security Clearance

  • 3-5 years experience in application security or related roles
  • Proficiency in web application security principles and programming languages
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, secure coding practices, and DevOps

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or CEH
  • Experience with cloud security and container security
