Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Sourcing Specialist. This position plays a critical role in executing sourcing processes for medium to high-complexity projects aimed at selecting standard products and services. The successful candidate will interface directly with various business areas across the enterprise, working at multiple levels of management to drive efficiency, solve business problems, and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute multiple sourcing projects through cross-functional collaboration and disciplined project management.
  • Present analysis of cost-saving opportunities to Senior Management, tracking and reporting spend and benefits.
  • Develop and negotiate commercial terms and strategies with suppliers.
  • Utilize e-Procurement systems to facilitate sourcing, contracting, and purchasing activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze relevant data to support supplier and sourcing strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide project updates, manage processes, and optimize supplier relationships.
  • Support corporate core values, including supplier diversity objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience managing procurement/sourcing processes.
  • 4 years of experience in contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Professional interaction with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred: CPM - Certified Purchasing Manager.
