The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transportation management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Manage daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Analyze account performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategic plans to retain and grow account revenue.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide proactive solutions to clients.
  • Anticipate in negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management or sales within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
