Accounts Payable Coordinator

We have been engaged by one of our top clients, who is a UK based manufacturing organization.  Their US corporate office has recently been through an acquisition, and are moving the acquired companies positions locally to the Connecticut office. They have excellent work/life balance and opportunity for advancement.  They are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will process and enter purchase orders
  • Research and look into purchase orders to make sure that pricing and terms match
  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be able to switch from entity to entity and ensure accuracy 
  • Make check deposits 
  • Record daily bank activity in Excel and within the General Ledger. 

Job Requirements for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will have experience with the full AP cycle and some AR 
  • Technically savvy 
  • Able to handle multiple entities and okay with switching between them
  • Someone who wants to grow and learn with the company
