Position Summary


Hanna Andersson is looking for a driven, experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of International E-commerce to lead our expansion efforts outside the United States. This new role will involve overseeing and managing our international e-commerce websites and third-party partners. This role will manage and optimize Hanna's international websites and digital channels to ensure a unified digital brand experience.

Essential Duties
  • Site Merchandising: Continued optimizations for website effectiveness, including visual merchandising, product recommendations, promotions, and AB testing. Experience in managing site-specific strategies is essential.
  • Localization: Adapt e-commerce strategies to meet local market needs through key partnership with our x-border platform partner(s)
  • Sales and Revenue Management: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals by driving efficient traffic and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Digital Customer Experience: Manage and be obsessed with the end-to-end digital customer experience through ongoing (this includes daily, mid- and long-term) improvements to drive conversion and customer excitement.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive international e-commerce strategy that exceeds Hanna Andersson's global business goals. Focus on market-specific tactics, scalability, and localization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Brand, IT, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operations and growing customer satisfaction. Coordinate with digital product and site teams to enhance product visibility and brand positioning.
  • Company Leadership: Lead cross-functionally all aspects of international e-commerce Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives. Make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and partner with CRM and marketing teams to ensure international is included and a part of key tactics and campaigns.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years of those managing international e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of the digital sales ecosystem and a long history with e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and navigate cross-cultural business settings.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages, including French a plus.
  • Ideally in Portland (or West Coast)
