Job Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced **Payroll Manager Consultant** to assist our client with immediate payroll management needs. This is a contract role, offering hybrid work flexibility, and requires expertise in multi-state payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review and manage PTO accruals.
  • Handle payroll tax compliance and filings.
  • Supervise and support the payroll team.
  • Analyze and reconcile wages, benefits, and taxes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver various payroll-related reports.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of payroll management experience.
  • Extensive experience in multi-state payroll.
  • Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or other large payroll systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
