 Job Description:

TheEstimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to providean exceptional and successful customer experience whilecreating estimates, coordinating repair needs forcustomers including all communication, informing and updatingcustomers andinsurance companies throughout the repairprocess. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehiclesand documentsneeded repairs and parts replacement onthe damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in thesuccess of the customer’sexperience by ensuring they are working inalignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility'sKPIs.

KeyJob Responsibilities​

Role andRequirements

  • Ensureevery customer interaction is documented, updated efficientlyand accurately with pertinentdetails

  • ProvideCustomer with accurate and timely information, guiding them throughthe repair process and ensuring that theyreceive excellent customerservice 

  • Ensurecompliance with all insurance client requirements, processes andmetrics 

  • Ensurecompliance with all WOW Operating Way’s regarding customerdrop-offs, repair planning, customer communication,anddelivery 

  • Communicateall customer requests and needs to appropriate teammembers

  • Providespositive energy when greeting customers in person and on thephone

  • Understandingof all required Insurance programs andprocedures

  • Participatein daily “production walks” with the Management Team, asrequired

  • Supportall team members whenrequired

  • Participatein monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (ifrequired)

  • Attendtraining, information sessions and workshops recommended by StoreManager 

  • Maintainthe store's KPI’s by maximizing roleperformance

  • Upholdthe company's Core Values : Honesty, Integrity &Respect

Educationand/or Experience Required​

  • Knowledgeof Repairs and OEGuidelines 

  • HighSchool Diploma orequivalent 

  • Awarenessof where to look foranswers 

  • BasicComputerSkills 

  • Compliancefor DRP’s Minimum of 1-yearexperience 

  • Mustbe willing to complete I-CARTraining 

  • ValidDriver’s License
