  • Participate in the intake processby collecting, organizing, and analyzing information aboutindividuals. Provide direct casework servicesfor social involvement, health needs, and community life toinmates/residents. Prepare and collaborate on variousreports and develop case presentations on assignedinmates/residents.Coordinate appropriate programming,resources, and services for social development and in preparationfor inmates/residents transition or release into thecommunity.Serving as the point of contact inabsence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate froman accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree isrequired.
  • Experience providingcase management services is preferred. Additional experience in acriminal justice field or case management services may besubstituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-yearbasis up to two years.
  • Mustdemonstrate ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Experience withMicrosoft Office applications or other similar softwareapplications is required.
  • A valid driver'slicense is required.
  • Minimum agerequirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
