About the Role: Vaco’s client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various AR functions, including handling client invoices, supporting billing processes, and ensuring accurate data management. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Centralized Department Email Inbox: Review incoming emails, respond, and distribute to appropriate parties.
  • Invoice Distribution: Send over 3,500 monthly/quarterly client invoices via email, mail, payment portal, and fax.
  • Support Billing Functions: Assist with administrative tasks, including:
    • Requesting and entering third-party data.
    • Maintaining and updating client billing contacts.
    • Monitoring workflow processes for invoice reviews with Account Managers.
    • Managing centralized phone line.
    • Scheduling department meetings and preparing agendas.
    • Organizing department events.
    • Preparing and managing expense reports and coding expenses.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a corporate support or accounts receivable role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with AI solutions (e.g., Alteryx or Python) is a plus.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
