Vaco is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with experience integrating with Paylocity and supporting Dynamics 365. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. Your primary focus will be on leveraging these tools to streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and integrate data seamlessly between Dynamics 365 and Paylocity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Power Apps canvas apps and model-driven apps based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Paylocity and other third-party systems using APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Power Platform solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and experience integrating with Paylocity or similar HR/payroll systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and supporting Power Platform solutions, with specific experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Paylocity.
