Job Details:
-Multiple caseloads open; assignment will depends on experience/preference

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, ensuring they receive appropriate support and accommodations
- Deliver instruction tailored to the unique learning styles and abilities of each student
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records of student performance
- Employ a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote their academic, social, and emotional growth
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom climate that values diversity and respects the individuality of each student
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing essential life skills and promoting independence
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required

Qualifications:
- Possession of valid or pending Arizona teaching credentials for Special Education
- Proven experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a similar educational setting
- Strong knowledge of special education principles, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ability to design and implement appropriate interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate student records and documentation
