Naval Administration Assistant

Currently, ManTechis seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Naval Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chesapeake, VA.
Summary:
This position will be responsible for office work that consists of converting and editing U.S. Navy and Coast Guard technical Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) procedures, documents, and drawings.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Office Administration
Filing and recording Government specialized documentation
Converting and editing U.S. Navy and Coast Guard technical Documents
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma, or GED, and One (1) or more years of office administration or Naval business administrative experience OR equivalent years of experience and education will be considered
Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with office communication, written and verbal
Experience with Microsoft programs
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Navy Maintenance databases, especially: Maintenance and Ship Work Planning (M&SWP)
Experience applying redlines to XML formatted procedures in accordance with strict editing standards
Experience applying redlines to drawings in accordance with strict editing standards
1+ years experience being able to decipher redlines (changes) on technical procedures and drawings made by validators (other team members) who recently visited updated ships
Perform Quality Assurance checks on procedures and drawings to ensure compliance with editing standards
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship required and a currently active Interim Secret Security Clearance or higher
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Ability to lift typical office equipment, supplies and files
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery
Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual
