IT Project Manager

We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by supporting national security and managing the operations and maintenance of classified and unclassified networks, systems, switches, accounts, phones, and teleconference systems for our U.S. Army team.

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to enable our national security by ensuring seamless connectivity across systems and managing IT projects. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex IT projects as a project or program manager in a large-scale implementation
  • Experience with DoD IT and security programs
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules, resources, risk, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks of the team
  • Experience managing and working on multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced matrix-managed environment to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management and Agile processes to guide the collection of requirements and data points from multiple stakeholders, and develop process maps to document process flows
  • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders across multiple teams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or a DoD classified program
  • Knowledge of Agile development, concepts, and tools, including Jira, sprints, features, and user stories
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Certified Information Systems Project Manager (CISPM), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA+ Security+, CompTIA Project+, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
