We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Design Project Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex design and construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, prepare fee proposals, and manage project execution strategies.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including technical leads, engineers, and other support staff.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in design and construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer License in Hawaii (preferred).
