A local company is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical projects for their clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety. This role involves interacting with stakeholders, problem-solving, and providing guidance to the project team.

Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $90,000 a year Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
  • Develop and execute a budget based on preconstruction planning
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Coordinate obtaining permits and design evaluations
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients on-site
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in Project Management.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or a minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Blue Beam
  • Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively
