This position will provide support to skilled construction workers and will be trained on the job for back-up to these positions. Responds to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments. This position will learn the proper use of tools and equipment found in a construction environment.The Construction Laborer may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary and approved by supervisor. Job Requirements Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: Previous experience related in the construction / remodel field Skills Problem solving skills. Basic communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload.
