Join our dynamic team as an F-16 Depot APG Supervisor in Greenville, SC, where you’ll oversee the teardown, modification, and rebuild of F-16 Depot Aircraft. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all operations meet customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Airframe, Powerplant, and Generator teams, ensuring efficient and effective teardown, modification, and rebuild of F-16 Depot Aircraft.
- Guarantee that all maintenance activities adhere to customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of subordinate employees, including performance assessments, work assignments, salary decisions, and recognition/disciplinary actions
- Advise on and resolve complex issues related to the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of F-16 aircraft, using technical data to diagnose and address system problems.
- Interpret and apply maintenance policies and procedures, ensuring that aircraft repairs are performed accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and perform detailed inspections of aircraft and components, checking for clearances, tolerances, proper installation, and operational functionality
- Examine maintenance forms, aircraft records, and reports to ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate, maintaining high standards of record-keeping

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, particularly with F-16 systems. Your technical expertise allows you to tackle complex issues and ensure all maintenance activities meet high standards. Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel at managing teams, conducting thorough inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities enable you to effectively collaborate with team members and address challenges efficiently. Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of fighter aircraft experience.
- 4 years of F-16 experience
- Leadership experience
Desired Skills:
• APG or Fuels Systems experience with wing removal/install experience
• Aviation Production and/or Maintenance,
Modification, Repair and Overhaul experience
• F-16 Phase experience
• Experience hiring personnel and developing
and monitoring training plans
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written
and presentation)
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
assignments
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report data and metrics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, skills in Excel a plus
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
