Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled F-16 Production Flightline Technician - APG Level 2 to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and modifying aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and troubleshoot aircraft systems and powerplants to identify and resolve issues
  • Repair and overhaul aircraft systems and powerplants to ensure optimal performance
  • Modify aircraft systems and powerplants to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of related aircraft production, overhaul, or modification experience on various aircraft systems
  • At least 4 years of Legacy fighter flightline experience or other closely related flightline experience
  • Experience with aircraft ground handling and test equipment
  • Military Flightline experience (F-16 preferred)
  • USAF Level 5 or Level 7 Craftsman or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the maintenance process and proper documentation
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and navigate tech data and engineering instructions
  • Hydrazine response team experience
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Previous engine run experience
