As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape the Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) mission by leading engineering efforts for the team. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and JADC2.

You Have:

  • Experience in working with or implementing the DoD Systems Engineering approach to developing system of systems architecture for technical systems, including data, networks, applications, or cloud services in support of defense mission objectives

  • Experience with integrating digital engineering into prototyping, experimentation, and analysis efforts

  • Knowledge of system architecture capture and development, requirements management, and MBSE capability development

  • Knowledge of MBSE architecture and software such as Cameo or MagicDraw

  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers and act as a conduit between the engineering team, senior leaders, and clients

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in working with cloud solutions and software development

  • Experience with JADC2 systems, processes, applications, and requirements

  • Experience with using modeling and simulation software tools, including AnyLogic, AFSIM, or Simio

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS

  • INCOSE ASEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
