Vaco is currently hiring for a Fleet Admin in Pewaukee, WI. This position is full-time onsite.

Top things they will be handling:
  • Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R):
    1. Assist with maintaining TM&R ledgers and generating monthly reports for all branches.
    2. Prepare TM&R contracts, distribute them to account managers, and follow up for signatures.
    3. Enter new TM&R contract information into the Quipware Business System.
    4. Handle monthly TM&R billing.
    5. Follow up with internal staff on outstanding hour meter readings on equipment.
    6. Cross-train to support all divisions of the Fleet Service Group.
  • Leasing:
    1. Quote lease rates to sales support staff for customer quotes.
    2. Source lease financing, request documentation, and ensure accuracy.
    3. Handle inbound lease questions from customers and account managers.
    4. Maintain lease files and ledgers for tracking and monthly reporting.
    5. Manage timely notifications of expired leases.
    6. Analyze and determine the fair market value of equipment at the end of leases and collaborate with account managers on the best options for customers.
    7. Maintain leasing, fleet, and TM&R files.
  • Fleet:
    1. Assist the Fleet Analyst in establishing monthly lease rate sheets and monthly fleet reporting.
    2. Support the Fleet Operations Manager in preparing fleet presentations, which may include some travel to Wolter Inc. branches in-state and out-of-state.

Software: Advanced excel (pivots, formulas), PowerBI is a plus

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
