Technical Program Management Specialist

Key Role:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with project planning resources to build and manage project delivery
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience with analyzing and compiling data into a unified written or verbal product for clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
  • Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to project stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of scheduled milestones
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision-making, problem-solving, work delegation, and employee development
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
  • Experience with using the Agile framework and the sprint or scrum approach to project management
  • Experience working with DoD
  • Ability to support multiple projects and cross-functionalities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
