Remote Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant has partnered with a school district in Oregon and is seeking remote Speech-Language Pathologists for a contract position this school year. 

The applicant will be part of an Early Childhood team, collaborating with staff and parents to provide remote services, conduct evaluations, and case manage children aged 3-5 years old. This is a team that has utilized remote services, and has figure out how to make the remote model work.

Requirements:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (Our remote services platform does not provide supervisory support for Clinical Fellows)
  • 2 years of on-site experience in schools or with Early Childhood populations highly preferred
  • Familiarity with remote therapy model
  • Technology skills
    • Intermediate knowledge of Zoom and its capabilities;
    • Ability to use IEP software 
    • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, and PDF editing software
    • Working knowledge of online assessment tests and activities

Details of assignment:

  • Full-time applicants welcome
  • Caseload of children aged 3-5 years old
  • Responsible for both direct therapy sessions, and case management for speech only students
  • 1099 assignment--benefits coverage not available
