### About the Opportunity

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant Health is seeking two dedicated SLPs for the 2024-2025 school year in San Marcos, CA. ### Position 1: Bilingual Preschool Speech-Language Pathologist

#### Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to preschool-aged children.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

#### Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP licensure.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) proficiency required.
- Experience with preschool-aged children preferred.

### Position 2: Elementary Floater Speech-Language Pathologist

#### Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services across multiple elementary schools within the district.
- Address a diverse range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective IEPs.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs.

#### Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP licensure.
- Previous experience in an elementary school setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
