Vaco Staffing is searching for a Sr. Accounts Payable Rep for a client in New Berlin, WI.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing expense reports for accuracy (identify / research missing receipts and information)  
  • Managing the department inbox and resolve questions and concerns timely
  • Perform vendor due diligence by verification of business, tax identification, independently verifying bank details and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Maintain vendor information including W-9’s
  • Facilitate weekly payments to vendors via ACH or check
  • Knowledge of proper G/L coding for A/P invoices
  • Regular reconciliation of vendor statements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong technical ability to catch on quickly
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred, not required
