5.3.4.4 Cyber and Electromagnetic/SPECTRUM Support: The contractor shall provide Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) Integrator support to assist the Sync Center in accomplishing their training objectives associated with integrated cyberspace operations, Department of Defense Information Network operations, Electronic Attack, Electronic Protection, Electronic Warfare Support, Spectrum Management Operations, Intelligence, and Information Operations support/effects. This includes but is not limited to:

a) The Contractor shall work with incoming training and testing units and organizations to identify Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Cyber training objectives and maximize the fulfillment of those training objectives leveraging Ft. Huachuca assets and capabilities.

b) The Contractor shall be the primary liaison between training unit CEMA objectives and Ft. Huachuca.

c) The Contractor shall develop, maintain, and sustain Ft. Huachuca ranges capable of training, integrating, or testing Multi-Domain, Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, or Cyber operations.

d) the Contractor shall maintain and sustain SIGINT, EW, and/or cyber training aids, packages, or emitters.

e) the Contractor shall maintain a valid driver’s license and will be required to perform duties outdoors.

f) The Contractor shall work directly with training units in a CEMA capacity throughout their training rotation.

g) Contractor shall refine unit training objectives and liaise with Ft. Huachuca equities to maximize MDO, SIGINT, EW and/or Cyber training.

h) The Contractor shall remain abreast of new technologies and will conduct outreach with Army, Joint, DoD, academia, commercial vendors, and other mission partners to integrate new EW/SIGINT technologies into the FHAZ ranges.

i) Manage, maintain and train all emitters in use during training exercises for tenant/non-tenant on Fort Huachuca, AZ

j) Manage and monitor the frequencies assigned to the MDO training areas on Fort Huachuca, AZ using spectrum analyzing equipment.

k) Shall work in field conditions/austere environment outside regular duty hours.

Here’s what you’ll need:
