The Supervisor assists the ReCAP Operations Manager and Executive Director with general oversight of the facility and its activities. This position will coordinate with the Operations Manager in the areas of hiring, promoting, training, performance management, and performance evaluations, and works to ensure efficient and accurate processing of materials and implementation of new services and work routines.
