We are hiring a TripCoordinator for ourcommunity. TheTrip Coordinator is responsible for planning special trips,creating calendars and newsletters for each month's special trips,and reserving vehicles needed for eachtrip.

How youwill make animpact:

  • Planningand scheduling of trips based on resident'sinterests.
  • Makingreservations for transportation, lodging, meals,etc.
  • Escortingresidents on overnight and coachtrips.
  • Preparing themonthly newsletter andcalendar.
  • Attendingday outings and trips with residents, as well as occasionalovernighttrips.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at$20/hr.

What you willneed:

  • Abilityto implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure properscheduling oftrips
  • Must be computerliterate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and be willing to learnother application software relating to the jobfunctions. 
  • HighSchool diploma or GED is required; a college degree ispreferred.
  • Three tofive years in transportation services ispreferred.
