Key Role:

Use sharp negotiation tactics and talent for the organization to help manage critical documents. Bring contract management expertise to our contracts team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems. Provide full life cycle strategic contracts administration and support to Intelligence Community (IC) clients. Negotiate and administer contracts with the U.S. Government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate Teaming and Non-disclosure Agreements and Organizational Conflict of Interest plans. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended pricing approach. Advise on contractual requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Work with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
  • Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable
  • Experience in negotiating teaming and non-disclosure agreements with industry partners
  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
  • Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of federal government contracting and the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various size, scope, and complexity
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risks

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
