Job Summary: rag & bone is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated administrative assistant to help grow brand awareness through a multi-faceted approach to Editorial, VIP, and Influencer. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Sr. Manager of PR, while also supporting the Director of VIP, Sr. Manager of Social Media, and Events and Experiences Specialist.
Candidates must be meticulously detail oriented with impeccable follow up skills. A positive attitude, highly motivated individual that can remain calm under pressure. Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Previous experience using Launch Metrics and sample management is a plus. Candidates should have an interest in fashion and a strong understanding of our brand positioning and DNA.
Responsibilities:
- Cross functional administrative support for the PR, VIP, Social Media, and Event leads.
- Manage all sample trafficking opportunities to various publications and VIP stylists – handle the packing, logistics, shipping, tracking, etc.
- Assist with all Celebrity/VIP dressing requests for press appearances, brand events and seeding opportunities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the PR/VIP sample closet
- Ensure that all samples and store pulls are returned on a timely basis
- Sweep for press placements several times daily and clip/save relevant placements
- Continuously scan social media for brand tags, dressing credits and identify images of talent wearing rag & bone product
- Build various media lists for press outreach needs – experience using Cision a plus
- Monitor for when anticipated placements go live and call-in print issues as needed
- Audit industry competitors and flag relevant articles/news
- Manage credit requests directly with editors, ensuring accuracy of price and product descriptions
- Maintain Master VIP Talent deck in addition to seasonal talent campaign decks
- Facilitate gifting for VIP’s, Editors, and content creators. Including securing product via warehouse orders, gift wrapping, shipping, and tracking of gifts.
- Track social media & influencer mentions through Launchmetrics on a daily basis.
- Assist in continuously curating the creator master list across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Support Brand Activations & Experiences Specialist with all event needs
- Compile and track all PR and Talent related invoices
- Track receipts and submit Amex Expense reports
- General Administrative support ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)
- 1 year of previous work experience with PR and VIP
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Meticulously detail oriented along with impeccable follow up skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proactive individual who is consistently anticipating upcoming needs
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Positive professional attitude with a team player mentality
- Highly motivated individual that can remain calm under pressure
- Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word skills, with an ability to learn new programs & software
Salary for this position is a target of $55,000 yearly

Hourly Pay Range
$26.44—$26.44 USD
