Job Specifications:

-Expected Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.48 / hour
-Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Winter Seasonal
-Skill Level: Advanced 
-Location: The NorthFace, Northstar
 

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-GUIDE guest through their rental experience
-Fit for boots, skis and boards Ensure our employees are preparing guests for a mind-blowing day on the hill
-Follow all Vail Resorts Retail policies and procedures, and ensure your staff is doing the same
 

Job Qualifications:

-Prior Leadership Experience - Required
-Exceptional guest service - Required
-English fluency - Required
-Passion and enthusiasm - Required
-Ability to work a flexible schedule; including all holidays, some nights and all weekends – Required
-Basic Computer Skills - Required
-Passion for the snow sports industry - Preferred
-Basic Understanding of Financial Statements - Preferred
-Previous management of staff and labor budget – Preferred
