Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position

General corporate accounting responsibilities including:  accounting for fixed assets, general ledger account analysis, month-end closing support, and bank reconciliations.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Maintain asset-tracking system; manage RPA approval process; review asset spending.
  • Manage capital budgeting process and all related reports.
  • Manage depreciation tables and entries.
  • Analyze selective balance sheet accounts as required.
  • Account analysis as required.
  • Post journal entries as required.
  • Perform month, quarterly, and year-end financial closing duties as required.
  • Provide financial management support as required.
  • Support annual financial audit.
  • Other special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 1-3 years accounting experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
  • SAP experience desired
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer focus required
