Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Engage with MVNO, carrier and other customers to develop potential customer relationships and position DISH wholesale services
  • Engage customers in a consultative approach to understand key drivers of customer success
  • Understand technical aspects of DISH's wholesale services and use insights from customers to develop requirements that enable DISH to provide an industry leading wholesale service
  • Work collaboratively with Dish leadership, product, IT and network organizations to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Source and structure deals that deliver value to customers and drive revenue to DISH
  • Recruit and manage a small team of business development professionals to achieve Dish wholesale goals
  • Help develop internal approach to track, analyze and report on sales activities and ultimately provide accurate and timely forecasts


Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Business Development Executive, you will have:
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related degree
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales or related role within telecommunications industry


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the wireless wholesale space either with a carrier or an MVNO
  • Demonstrated relationships with potential customers (MVNOs, regional carriers)
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to think strategically while also operating tactically
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed, with potential for significant travel within the US


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
