    Job Description

    The Maintenance Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Coordinate with production managers to plan and execute maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of equipment performance and safety.Oversee the installation, repair, and servicing of machinery, equipment, and systems.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance preferred7+ years of maintenance experience within industrial manufacturingManagement or supervisory experience is preferredStrong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety protocolsExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challengesStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
