Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing and support systems. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your duties will include:

  • Acting as a representative of the management team, promoting Safety, Quality, and Productivity within a manufacturing setting.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of manufacturing systems and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Providing guidance to team members on troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
  • Supervising the performance of maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Encouraging professional development among team members.
  • Enhancing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs across all systems and machinery.
  • Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing control systems, including issues related to PCs and PLCs.
  • Applying advanced skills in electrical system troubleshooting, including power distribution and motor controls.
  • Maintaining knowledge of automated packaging machinery and process equipment.
  • Understanding hydraulic and pneumatic systems for effective troubleshooting.
  • Interpreting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.

Supervisory Role
This position involves direct supervision of the Maintenance Department staff, including responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food or consumer goods.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug test and background screening.
