About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager and will be accountable for:
  • Creating and executing maintenance plans and protocols to guarantee that all machinery and equipment function at peak efficiency.
  • Collaborating with production leaders to schedule and carry out maintenance tasks without hindering production timelines.
  • Performing routine evaluations of machinery and facilities to detect and resolve potential problems proactively.
  • Overseeing the maintenance budget to ensure efficient resource utilization while upholding high standards of equipment performance and safety.
  • Managing the installation, repair, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Keeping precise documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as company policies.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
  • Over 7 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of maintenance practices, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards maintenance issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
